About LYDC fundraiser 2022-2023

We as Leela Youth Company want to fundraise for our Leela Endowment. The endowment is a large sum of money that we add to, then receive a portion of every year. With this money, not only can we support our existing Leela Dance Company in their performances and travels, but support the youth, allowing them the resources necessary to pursue dance at a higher level. In order to keep this rich dance form alive, all our dancers are dedicated to spreading kathak awareness and knowledge as far as possible. Every bit counts in supporting the Indian classical arts.
